What started as a small healing arts practice in Northwest Portland in 2015, grew to the establishment of Evolution Healing Arts in 2018.
Providing a safe, compassionate space for personal growth and a client-empowered healing journey has been the keystone of the evolution for this practice. After starting with Reiki energy work, we now offer massage and intuitive life coaching to inspire and support your evolution as well! We're committed to helping our clients feel their best with specialized techniques that increase overall mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
We believe guiding clients to their truest self is a foundation for joy, ease, and feeling truly present in their lives.
Our cozy treatment space is located right around the corner from the iconic municipal elevator, right in the heart of historic downtown Oregon City on Main Street.

Myra-Catie Ravenwise
Myra-Catie is the founder and one of the therapists at Evolution Healing Arts. Myra-Catie's journey as a body- and energy-worker began back in 2014 when she was certified in Reiki energy work.
As she worked with clients at her private practice, Pacific Wellness Associates, in NW Portland she developed a desire to know more about holistic therapies for the human body and beyond. Ultimately, this inspired her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in October of 2017.
Since that time she has enjoyed working with a loyal client base to educate and empower them, while providing a safe space and helping facilitate powerful change, relaxation and rejuvenation. Consent and communication are important keystones of her work. Through her time learning massage therapy at East West College of Healing Arts Myra-Catie learned modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal massage. She also studied and is influenced by both Thai massage and Tui Na (Chinese massage).
When she's not in the clinic, Myra-Catie enjoys hiking, camping/backpacking, reading non-fiction, cooking, time with friends or singing with her ukulele. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally and welcomes all body types!

Jesse Hughes
Jesse has been practicing massage since his graduation from East West College of Healing Arts in 2017. In April of 2021 he joined us at Evolution Healing Arts.
Jesse's heart-centered, compassionate approach and knack for client education and empowerment keeps clients returning to him for their wellness journeys. He brings a keen knowledge base with interests and experience in Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage and wellness, Chi Nei Tsang, and implementation of structural integration/balancing.
He is currently offering massage and is preparing to start offering Ayurvedic wellness consultations over the next year.
Outside the clinic Jesse enjoys video and tabletop games, connecting with nature, listening to music, and educating others on the vast world of cheeses and wines to go with them!

Liberty Adams
About her
Liberty graduated from East West College of Healing Arts, and joined us in Fall of 2023. She is coming with several years of experience treating clients in her own private practice, and is bringing a well-rounded, effective massage experience from deep tissue to relaxation to prenatal massage. Liberty brings her warm-hearted approach into every session, striving to give every client an experience of feeling very cared for. Within the past couple years she completed her esthetician's license and looks to add facials and other spa-like treatments to our service menu in the near future. In her off hours Liberty enjoys spending quality time with her partner and cuddling her sweet Yorkie pup. Lucky for us, she is also a plant lover and her green thumb helps keep our studio plants alive and she enjoys a bit of gardening at home too. Liberty is excited to bring her special brand of humor and skills to Evolution, and we are very excited to have her! Two of her specialty sessions are detailed below.

Luxe Relaxation Massage
This treatment combines effective structural work w/ pain-free Swedish and the lengthening techniques of Thai. Each session is uniquely created, with the client choosing from extras such as: hot towels, hot stones, cupping, Gua Sha tools, infra-red jade heat mat, 15lb weighted blanket, & more. Exfoliating Mango Butter Massage
This is a deeply relaxing and moisturizing massage. The session begins with dry brushing the entire body to help stimulate circulation and encourage your skin's natural moisturizing systems. Then the mango butter is applied with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and continue to nurture those hydrating benefits.
Alma
If you're lucky you might just run into our sweet pup and office mascot, Alma! She helps Myra-Catie with her sessions.
Alma is a 3-year-old Boxer with plenty of spunk and a genuine love for meeting new people. When not in the office, Alma enjoys wrestling with her kitty brother, catching her favorite frisbee, spending time in nature and frolicking with her stuffed toys.
