A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of  tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive  motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you do not get uncomfortable.

Keep in mind that soreness is common after treatment, and plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

A very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

The silicone cupping implemented at our practice is interwoven with massage and used to help alleviate muscle pain, trigger points, adhesion, reduce joint pain, and help increase circulation. This is a fantastic compliment to a regular massage routine for easing stubborn or chronically tight areas of the body and  beneficial for old surgery sites/scarring.   

Cupping is not recommended if you are taking blood thinners, are prone to clotting, or bruise  easily. If you have questions, please give us a call. If you are diabetic or pregnant, please consult your physician before starting cupping.

Targeted massage work exclusively for the muscles of the shoulders, neck, and head. Great for those with sinus issues, frequent headaches, or those who carry their shoulders around their ears! 

This treatment combines effective structural work w/ pain-free Swedish and the lengthening techniques of Thai. Each session is uniquely created, with the client choosing from extras such as: hot towels, hot stones, cupping, Gua Sha tools, infra-red jade heat mat, 15lb weighted blanket, & more. Conversation is limited to let you reap the benefits of deep relaxation and restoration. *Not Groupon Eligible*

This is a deeply relaxing and moisturizing massage. The session begins with dry brushing the entire body to help stimulate circulation and encourage your skin's natural moisturizing systems. Then the mango butter is applied with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and continue to nurture those hydrating benefits.

An effective and safe treatment for the prenatal period as well as during labor and postpartum of women’s pregnancies. Prenatal massage  techniques can reduce discomfort and enhance the physiological and  emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. Massage therapy support  can ease labor and decrease anxiety. The postpartum period is also  great time for massage; which helps the body as it re-balances physiology and brings calming energy for the new mother.  

Massage regimen, often implemented under the direction of a physician, to aid in recovery from incidents such as a motor vehicle accident, work-related injury or surgical recovery.

Our private partnered massage class is a fun way to learn how to safely massage your partner (lover, best friend, confidant, etc.) and grow an even deeper connection with improved communication in consent, expressing needs, and practicing massage techniques with professional guidance by your host.

Classes include a short snack/restroom break. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing and layers - workout/lounge wear that fit well is recommended. Questions and laughter are welcome!

A therapeutic decompression technique used for the relief of muscular  pain, tension and congestion. Draws congested fluids and toxins to the  surface tissue layers, allowing fresh blood and lymph circulation. A  flat, rounded-edged tool is used in strokes to pressure specific areas of  muscle pain.

Cupping uses negative pressure created with a specialized silicone cup that is applied to the affected body part for enhanced results in pain relief, relaxation of tissues, and removing wastes in both the tissues and system. The pressure can be deep to provide relief from tension, pain and injuries. Gentler pressure increases lymphatic flow, circulation and relaxation.

Add a special foot treatment to help increase relaxation and promote healthy balance.

This foot treatment includes a sea salt scrub, moisturizing clay mask, hot towels and a softening foot cream. This service is included as a part of your session time.

Can be added to the following sessions: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Prenatal.

This special arnica and hemp-derived CBD creme is lovingly crafted in the PNW, and serves to enhance the effects of your massage, ease aches and pains and reduce soreness. It will level up your relaxation!
