Our Policies

• The services offered are not a substitute for medical care. Our therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
• It is important to notify your therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries, and to inform the therapist of any changes in your health and medical conditions. There shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should you forget to do so.
• Massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. The therapist reserves every right to end the session and/or end the client-therapist relationship if language or behavior is deemed to be inappropriate by the therapist.
• Because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.

At Evolution Healing Arts, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 40% fee of the scheduled service cost.

2. No-Show Policy

• If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged $50.
• Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings or termination of the therapist-client relationship.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
• The full session fee will still apply.

4. Emergencies & Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
